Dr.Baker Chocolate Frappé — designed to boost production speed in cafés, restaurants, and hotels while reducing costs and maintaining high quality standards.
Available varieties in the range:
• Chocolate frappé, Vanilla frappé, Caramel frappé, Mocha frappé
Preparation (best results):
• Add 60 g of Dr.Baker frappé powder
• with 120 g of milk
• and 200 g of iced water
• Blend in an electric blender for 30 seconds
• Pack size: 1 kg (also suitable for home use)
• Shelf life: 12 months (1 year) from the production date
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
