Uses:
• Oriental and western confectionery such as kanafeh jelly and gateau jelly
• Direct preparation of jelly desserts
Features:
• Stable texture with no liquid separation after setting
• Retains the exact shape of the mould when unmoulded
• Smooth surface with sharp edges when cut
• Distinctive strawberry flavour and natural red colour
Preparation (best results):
• Mix 10 kg of jelly powder with 10 litres of water
• Add the powder after the water has boiled; stir until completely dissolved
• Add cold water, then pour the liquid into jelly moulds
• Place in the refrigerator until the jelly sets
• Shelf life: 12 months (1 year) from the production date
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
