Preparation method (for best results):
• Add 10 kg of Dr.Baker Red Velvet powder
• With 5 kg eggs, 3 kg oil and 2 kg milk
• Beat the milk, powder and eggs together for 3 minutes
• Add the oil to the mixture gradually while mixing
• Bake in an oven at 190 °C for 16 to 19 minutes

• Shelf life: 12 months from the production date
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
