Preparation method:
• 10 kg Dr.Baker Chocolate Muffin powder
• 3.2 kg oil
• 3.5 kg eggs
• 1.5 kg water
• Optional additions to the batter: thermal chocolate chips — fruit filling — Trio cream
• Beat the powder and eggs with the mixer for 4 minutes at medium speed
• Add the oil and water gradually
• Continue mixing until fully combined
• Oven temperature: 175 °C
• Baking time: 20–25 minutes
• Pack size: 10 kg
• Shelf life: 12 months from the production date
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
