Dr.Baker Hareesa Mix — designed to speed up production processes and maintain consistently high quality.
Features:
• Adds a soft texture and smooth finish to your products
• Primarily made from semolina with added coarse desiccated coconut

For best results — ingredients:
• 10 kg Dr.Baker hareesa powder
• 3 kg hot ghee (minimum temperature 70 °C)
• 400 g hot water
• 400 g glucose syrup

Preparation:
• Mix the powder with the water and glucose syrup
• Add the hot ghee and mix for 10 minutes until fully homogeneous
• Pour the mixture into 40×60 cm trays at 4.5 kg per tray
• Press the surface of the tray until the desired compactness is achieved
• Add nuts on top of the product
• Bake in an oven at 160 °C for 45 minutes

• Available in 10 kg packs
• Shelf life: 12 months from the production date
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
