Dr.Baker basbousa mix speeds up your production while keeping product quality high.
Key features:
• Gives your products a soft, tender crumb
• Made primarily from semolina with added fine coconut

Preparation for the best result:
• Add 10 kg of Dr.Baker basbousa powder
• With 2 kg of hot ghee and 1 kg of water at 30–40°C
• Mix the powder with the ghee
• Then add the water and honey to the blend
• Pour the batter into 40 × 60 cm trays, 3.5 kg per tray
• Spread the nuts over the trays
• Bake at 165°C for 45 minutes

• Shelf life: 12 months (one year) from the production date
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
