For best results — dough ingredients:
• 10 kg Dr.Baker pizza powder
• 1 kg butter
• 3 kg water
• 250 g yeast

Preparation:
• Add the yeast to the powder, then add the water
• Add the butter after melting it by steam until fully liquefied
• Mix on low speed, then increase the speed until the dough is smooth and elastic
• Cover the dough with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes until doubled in size
• Divide the dough into small balls and leave to rest for 10 minutes
• Transfer the dough to a tray lined with baking paper and add toppings as desired
• Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 10 to 15 minutes

• Shelf life: 12 months from the production date
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
