Preparation method (for best results):
• Whip at medium speed then high speed until firm
• Chill the product at 2–5 °C to achieve the required whipping ratio
• Store whipped cream at a temperature not exceeding 5 °C
Applications:
• Decorating and filling western desserts
• Producing gateaux and tortes
• Producing mousse
• Ice cream
• Pack sizes: 12 litres and 1 litre
• Plastic packs: shelf life 3 months from the production date
• Tetra Pack: shelf life 9 months from the production date
