• Vegetable fat makes it ideal for preparing all types of desserts
• Being a concentrated cream, it is recommended to add milk, juice, or water at 25% of its weight
For best results:
• Whip at medium speed then increase to high speed until firm
• Chill product between 2 and 5 °C before whipping to achieve the desired overrun
• Store whipped cream below 5 °C
Uses:
• Decorating and filling Western-style pastries
• Producing gâteaux and tarts
• Producing mousse
• Ice cream
• Available in 12-litre and 1-litre packs
• Plastic packs: Shelf life: 3 months from the production date
• Tetra Pak packs: Shelf life: 9 months from the production date
