Features:
• Stable texture during high-temperature processing
• Lower fat content than the Dr.Baker Maestro Cream Chantilly
• Adds a distinctive flavour to products
• Smooth texture, easy to spread and plaster
• Overrun rate up to 285.7%
For best results:
• Add 1 kg cream chantilly to 2 or 2.5 litres of iced water
• Add 500 g to 750 g of sugar
• Mix with an electric mixer on high speed for 3 to 4 minutes
• Store the mixed cream covered in the refrigerator
Uses:
• Decorating and filling Western-style pastries
• Available in 10 kg packs
• Shelf life: 12 months from the production date
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
