Dr.Baker Pastry Cream — designed to deliver a high-quality texture during high-volume production runs.
Ideal for:
• Éclairs
• Mille-feuille
• Baked goods
• Enriching chantilly cream with added fat

Features:
• Adds a high fat content
• Delivers a rich taste
• Stable, heat-resistant texture
• Imparts a natural pale yellow colour
• Easy and quick to prepare
• Liquid milk can be added to further increase fat content

Preparation (best results):
• Gradually add 1 kg of pastry cream to 2.5 litres of iced water
• Beat with an electric mixer for 2–3 minutes
• Rest the mixture for 15–20 minutes before use
• Can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours; re-whisk before each use

• Pack size: 10 kg
• Shelf life: 12 months (1 year) from the production date
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
