Dr.Baker Vanilla Ice Cream powder — designed for high productivity and consistent flavour quality in every serving.

For best results — hard ice cream:
• 10 kg Dr.Baker ice cream powder
• 10 litres milk
• 10 litres water or juice
• 10 litres whipping cream (5 litres Dr.Baker Classic Cream + 5 litres Dr.Baker Double Application Cream)
• Mix the ingredients in an external bowl, then pour into the ice cream machine storage vessel

For best results — soft ice cream:
• 1 kg Dr.Baker ice cream powder with 1 litre milk + 1 litre water
• Or: 1 kg ice cream powder with 2 litres milk or 2 litres water
• Pour the mixture into the ice cream machine storage vessel

• Shelf life: 12 months from the production date
