The first method:

The second way
1 kg jelly powder
5 liters of hot water
Boil 5 liters of water
Then add 1 kg of jelly powder
It is stirred until dissolved
Fresh fruit pieces (jelly at room temperature) can be added before the consistency is complete and then kept in the refrigerator

It is used in western and eastern sweets (Kunafa Jelly - Gatto Jelly - Mousse)
