Preparation method — Vanilla Fudge Cake (for best results):
• Add 10 kg of Dr.Baker Fudge Cake powder
• With 5 kg fresh eggs, 3 litres oil and 1.5 litres water
• Mix the powder with the eggs and water using an electric mixer at medium speed for 3 minutes
• Add the oil to the mixture and mix for 1 minute at low speed
• Pour the batter into greased moulds (buttered or oiled)
• Bake in an oven at 190 °C for 16 to 19 minutes
Preparation method — Chocolate Fudge Cake (for best results):
• Add 10 kg of Dr.Baker Fudge Cake powder
• With 5 kg fresh eggs, 3 litres oil and 1.5 litres water at 30–40 °C
• Beat the eggs with the powder using an electric mixer at medium speed for 4 minutes
• Add the oil slowly and mix until fully combined
• Add the warm water to the mixture
• Bake in an oven at 190 °C for 16 to 19 minutes
• Pack size: 10 kg
• Shelf life: 12 months from the production date
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
