Dr.Baker Chocolate Muffin Mix is designed to accelerate production processes and maintain consistently high product quality.
Available in chocolate and vanilla flavours.

Preparation method (for best results):
• Add 10 kg of Dr.Baker muffin powder
• with 3.2 kg oil, 3.5 kg eggs, and 1.5 litres water
• Heat-stable chocolate drops, filling fruit, or Dr.Baker Trio Cream may be added to the batter
• Beat the eggs with Dr.Baker muffin powder at medium speed for up to 4 minutes
• Add the oil and water to the mixture and beat until fully homogeneous
• Bake in an oven at 175 °C for 20 to 25 minutes

• Shelf life: 12 months from the production date
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
