Dr.Baker Cream Chantee with Sugar — designed to deliver a high-quality texture during high-volume production runs.
Features:
• Pre-mixed with sugar
• Easy and quick to prepare
• Consistent quality under intensive production conditions

Preparation (best results):
• Add 1 kg of Dr.Baker Chantilly cream
• with 2 or 2.5 litres of iced water
• and 500–750 g of sugar
• Beat with an electric mixer for 3–4 minutes on high speed
• Keep the mixed cream covered in the refrigerator

Applications:
• Decorating and filling western-style pastries and desserts

• Pack size: 10 kg
• Shelf life: 12 months (1 year) from the production date
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
