Suitable for: sponge cake, Swiss roll, torte, gateau.

• Requires a cake improver to ensure the desired rise level
Preparation method (for best results):
• Add 10 kg of Dr.Baker Sponge Cake powder
• With 7 kg fresh eggs and 2 kg iced water
• Add 250 g cake improver
• Beat the ingredients with an electric mixer on high speed for 8–10 minutes
• Bake in an oven at 180–190 °C for 40–45 minutes
• Pack size: 10 kg
• Shelf life: 12 months from the production date
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
