Preparation method — Classic Brownie Cake (for best results):
• Add 10 kg of Dr.Baker Brownies powder
• With 5 kg butter and 5 kg eggs
• Beat the eggs with the Brownies powder at medium speed for 4 minutes
• Melt the butter over steam
• Add the melted butter to the mixture and beat at medium speed until fully combined
• Bake in an oven at 160 °C for 35–40 minutes
Preparation method — American Brownie (for best results):
• Add 10 kg of Dr.Baker Brownies powder
• With 3 kg butter, 4 kg eggs and 3 kg chocolate
• Beat the eggs with the Brownies powder at medium speed for 4 minutes
• Melt the butter and chocolate together
• Add the melted butter and chocolate to the mixture and beat at medium speed until fully combined
• Bake in an oven at 190 °C for 20–25 minutes
• Pack size: 10 kg
• Shelf life: 12 months from the production date
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
