fudgy (thick texture)
1 kg brownie powder
400 gm butter
300 gm eggs
100 gm dark chocolate
Cake (flaky texture:)
1 kg brownie powder
500 gm butter
500 gm eggs
Beat the brownie powder and eggs for (4 minutes) on medium speed
Steam melt the chocolate and butter
Drop the mixture (1) and beat on medium speed until complete homogeneity
Oven temperature (°) 160 C
Timing (40-35 minutes).
You can add (150 gm walnuts per 1 kg of mixture)
While pouring the molds to give a taste
