English Vanilla Cake from Dr.Baker — designed to deliver an outstanding texture in both vanilla and chocolate flavours.
Key features:
• Regular crumb structure with a soft, tender texture
• A 10 kg batch yields 55 loaves of 350 g each

Preparation method (for best results):
• Add 10 kg of Dr.Baker English Cake powder
• With 5 kg fresh eggs and 5 kg melted butter at room temperature
• Beat the powder and eggs with an electric mixer on high speed for 4 minutes
• Add the melted butter to the mixture and continue mixing until fully combined
• Pour the batter into greased moulds (buttered or oiled)
• Preheat the oven to 200 °C; once moulds are inserted, reduce the temperature to 165 °C
• Bake for 40 to 45 minutes

• Pack size: 10 kg
• Shelf life: 12 months from the production date
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
