Dr.Baker Cinnabon Roll Mix — designed to speed up production processes and maintain consistently high quality.
Features:

• Accepts a variety of fillings beyond cinnamon, including chocolate, berries, dates, and nuts

For best results — dough ingredients:
• 10 kg Dr.Baker Cinnabon Roll powder
• 1.3 kg butter
• 4.5 kg water
• 500 g yeast

Preparation:
• Add the yeast to the powder, then add the water gradually
• Mix slowly for 3 minutes, then on high speed for 4 minutes until the mixture is fully homogeneous
• Leave the dough to proof for 1 hour
• Shape the dough as desired and brush with butter
• Add the filling made of cinnamon mixed with sugar and cocoa
• Roll and cut into the desired size
• Place in a tray greased with ghee or oil and leave to proof for 30 minutes
• Bake in an oven at 160 °C

Cinnabon Roll sauce:
• 500 g Dr.Baker white chocolate cream
• 250 g cream cheese
• 250 g Dr.Baker Milky Whipping Cream

• Shelf life: 12 months from the production date
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
