Preparation method (for best results):
• Add 10 kg of Dr.Baker Cookies powder
• With 3 kg butter, 665 g ghee and 12 eggs
• Dr.Baker Thermal Chocolate Chips may also be added
• Beat the butter with the Cookies powder at medium speed
• Add the eggs to the mixture and continue beating with an electric mixer until fully combined
• Add the chocolate chips to the mixture and fold in slowly
• Arrange the cookie pieces on the baking tray
• Bake in an oven at 160 °C for 17–20 minutes
• Available in chocolate and vanilla flavours
• Pack size: 10 kg
• Shelf life: 12 months from the production date
