Cream Chantee Maestro by Dr.Baker — part of the Dr.Baker sugar-free cream range, engineered for high-volume production environments.
Features:
• Stable texture under high-temperature processing
• Highest fat content in the Dr.Baker cream range
• Adds a distinctive flavour to finished products
• Smooth, easy-to-spread and fillable texture
• Overrun rate up to 320%

Preparation (best results):
• Add 1 kg of Dr.Baker Chantilly cream
• with 2 or 2.5 litres of iced water
• and 500–750 g of sugar
• Beat with an electric mixer for 3–4 minutes on high speed
• Keep the mixed cream covered in the refrigerator

Applications:
• Decorating and filling western-style pastries and desserts

• Pack size: 25 kg | also available in 10 kg packs
• Shelf life: 12 months (1 year) from the production date
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
