Preparation method (for best results):
• Add 10 kg of Dr.Baker kahak powder
• with 4.165 kg ghee and 1.665 kg iced water (yeast may be added)
• Beat the ghee with Dr.Baker kahak powder until fully kneaded
• Add iced water gradually to the mixture
• 250 g Dr.Baker Milky Whipping Cream
• Pack size: 10 kg
• Shelf life: 12 months from the production date
