For best results — dough ingredients:
• 10 kg Dr.Baker doughnuts powder
• 1.5 kg butter
• 4 kg water
• 250 g yeast
Preparation:
• Add the yeast to the powder and mix for 4 to 6 minutes until the dough is soft and smooth
• Leave the dough to proof for 45 to 60 minutes
• Cut the dough into the desired shapes and allow to rise until doubled in size
• Fry for 1 minute per side until the desired colour is achieved
• Optional fillings: hazelnut chocolate cream, halawa spread, peanut butter, white chocolate chips, chocolate chips
• Shelf life: 12 months from the production date
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
