Dr.Baker Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix is designed to preserve the quality of your products for as long as possible, available in vanilla and chocolate flavours.
Suitable for producing: carrot cake, chocolate cake, fudge torte, and molten cake.

Vanilla Fudge Cake preparation method (for best results):
• Add 10 kg of Dr.Baker fudge cake powder
• with 5 kg fresh eggs, 3 litres oil, and 1.5 litres water
• Mix the powder with the eggs and water using an electric mixer for 3 minutes at medium speed
• Add the oil and mix for 1 minute at low speed
• Pour the batter into moulds greased with butter or oil
• Bake in an oven at 190 °C for 16 to 19 minutes
Chocolate Fudge Cake preparation method (for best results):
• Add 10 kg of Dr.Baker fudge cake powder
• with 5 kg fresh eggs, 3 litres oil, and 1.5 litres warm water (30–40 °C)
• Beat the eggs with the powder using an electric mixer for 4 minutes at medium speed
• Add the oil slowly to the mixture and continue mixing until fully combined
• Add the warm water to the mixture
• Bake in an oven at 190 °C for 16 to 19 minutes
• Pack size: 10 kg
• Shelf life: 12 months from the production date
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
